Mrs T worked for K-Mart on a part time basis. She had been in that employment for many years.
She developed an injury to her shoulder. All her treating doctors were of a similar opinion describing the extent of the injury to the shoulder. The insurance company sent her for a medical assessment to their doctor who claimed that there was no shoulder injury and any discomfort originated in the neck. She had never complained of neck pain since the injury.

To obtain satisfactory compensation including an entitlement to weekly payments and medical expenses.
What we did:
We filed an Application and proceeded to a hearing in the Workers Compensation Commission.
Our client was successful. She was awarded damages for her weekly payments and all her medical expenses.
