Workers compensation case -Mr S – Policeman

Mr S worked for the NSW Police Service.

The Problem :

He injured his hip as a result of wearing a heavy belt and gun over many years.  As a result of his hip injury his leg gave way, he fell and injured his shoulder.

Challenges /Issues Faced in Matter  :

The insurance company accepted liability for the hip but did not accept liability for the shoulder.

What we did :

We pursued a claim for $18,000.00 worth of medical expenses that our client paid for treatment to his shoulder.

The results:

We were successful in recovering these expenses.
