Motor vehicle collision – Mr M – Manual Labourer

Mr M worked as a manual labourer at the time when he was involved in a motor vehicle collision.  He sustained a number of fractures to his foot, which affected his earning capacity.

The Problem:

Obtaining sufficient compensation.

What we did:

We commenced a claim on his behalf and shortly prior to the settlement of the claim we were able to achieve a settlement of $400,000.00, which was very satisfying in all the circumstances of the case.
