Work Injury claim – Mr G – Labourer

The Problem:

Our client was sent by a labour hire company to work at a particular site.    He was directed to do a job which he had not previously done before and in the process of carrying out those duties sustained a crushing injury to his elbow.

Challenges /Issues Faced in Matter:

He had significant pre-existing injuries from many years employment as a brickies/labourer. Our job was to obtain sufficient compensation for him.

What we did:

We commenced court proceedings.

The results:

Approximately a week prior to the trial we were able to settle the case for a very satisfactory outcome.
